AEROLIA is present in Tunisia with a 100% subsidiary. This facility helps AEROLIA improving its competitiveness by producing sub-assemblies and integrating a local network of subcontractors.

Located in M'Ghira, at the south of Tunis, this production unit is specialised in the assembly of subassemblies. €30 million will be invested over 5 years for this 10,000m² industrial unit.

Within the framework of this project, Aerolia federates a network of partners and industrial subcontractors to produce detail parts, sheet metal works, tools and composite parts, and perform surface treatment and logistics operations.

Located close to Aerolia in a 20-hectares aeronautical park, this partners network will reduce logistics flows, enhancing the industrial site's economic performance and will employ eventually about 750 persons in 2014.

The creation of this plant in Tunisia is part of the international development strategy of Aerolia, a subsidiary created in 2009 and founded on 90 years of experience in Airbus Nose Fuselage and Aerostructures activities.
