Created on 5 January 2009, Aerolia is a 100% EADS subsidiary.
So AEROLIA immediately has full support of the EADS Group for its operations and developments. This status enables Aerolia to benefit from EADS strengths as well as autonomy required for its worldwide expansion in the aerostructures market.

AEROLIA is organised in four operational directorates and four support directorates.
Privileging a relationship of proximity with its customers and its in-house teams, these 8 directorates (Finance, Human Resources, Quality, Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Sales, & Programmes and Strategy and Communications) are geographically located on the Company's 3 sites: Méaulte, St Nazaire and Toulouse. A 4th site, in Tunisia , is launched and will begin its activities at the end of 2009.
