Aerolia designs and manufactures hydraulic and cabin systems tubes and pipes to equip the whole Airbus family, including new A350 XWB.

Within Systems Unit, 154 employees are implied in the production of 250,000 shaped pipes, 35,000 welded tubes and 6,000 subassemblies.

Innovating technologies have been developed:

• bending of pipes up to diameters of 228.6 mm

• laser welding and cutting for a wide range of aluminum, titanium, stainless steel and even Inconel alloys.

The integrated activity line associating teams from Engineering and Production guarantees that the wishes of Aerolia's customers are taken into account in terms of quality, costs and delivery flexibility.
